Some of these projects have been our favourites. We have constructed primary and storage lagoon cells, as well as landfill cells where groundwater was problematic resulting in significant inflow into excavations. We will accommodate the owners schedule and if needed, facilitate winter construction. Many sites require erosion control blankets, geotextiles and synthetics liners, as well as tying into existing infrastructure from neighboring communities, or if a landfill, construction of a leachate collection system is necessary. Ungar Construction can source and secure all the materials for the project including granular material. Collaboration with the engineers and owners is always a priority and often we compare and share survey data to enable our GPS automated equipment to streamline the construction process.
